Program Notes
Ninguém & Todo-o-Mundo offers a chamber opera performance based on the texts by Gil Vicente and travel literature from the 16th century until the present, and a humorous reflection on the virtues and problems of tourism nowadays. What can we learn from the outsiders who used to visit the Portuguese cities centuries ago? What similarities and diferences can be associated with our present reality?
