[...] pela corrente was written from all the knowledge I could gather about the people of Sabroso de Aguiar. Among small traditions such as 'partir o burro' and cutting corn in the squares, the common factor I found in all of them was that they were gradually falling into oblivion. With this in mind, I used my work as a tool to show the cultural beauty that Sabroso de Aguiar contains, something I contrasted with a "wake-up call" so that these beautiful traditions don't fall into oblivion, trying to reach the youngest audience to get in touch with these delicious traditions!
